Job Description
- Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure focus and implementation of commercial operations action plan and initiatives across NWA BA.
- Create a detailed business analysis, outlining strategic opportunities and solutions for Syngenta’s NWA BA. Provide ongoing reporting regarding key business indicators, trends and business intelligence to the Commercial team. Data mining for new business initiatives.
- Actively support NWA BA cross-functional projects to bring about clear alignment & synergy,
Accountabilities
- Work cross functionally under the guidance of Strategy, planning and CE Head and in close coordination with LT NWA BA, to support and coordinate the overall planning cycle across the BA from operational planning (eg. Weekly Sales Review) to MBR, S&OP to Budgeting and to long-term planning
- Supports Strategy Head by ensuring connectivity and alignment between the key commercial functions like CPD, Marketing and Supply chain
- Lead SFDC including monitoring of demand creation, setup of users and reports. Leads selected projects for the BA
- Increase operational excellence by continuously improving the commercial dashboard; promote standard platforms (Qlickview/Qlicksense/SFDC) within the BA
- Support the commercial team/ Countries Heads with insightful analysis and decision-making support activities
- Prepare the commercial capability heatmap for the BA an d the countries to enhance commercial capabilities including commercial processes
- Provides program/project management expertise in some specific complex / cross functional projects and ensure energic drive to closure in accordance with BA LT guidelines.
- Act as primary point of contact for any emerging initiatives
- Support of LT Maghreb for internal communication

Qualifications
Critical knowledge
- Experience in project management experience, data driven analysis, sales analysis, budgeting & forecasting.
- Proven track record of tracking and managing projects in complex and demanding environments.
- Experience with or high willingness to learn finance tools (SAP/EDWH), marketing tools (I Plan) and planning tools (EDF/SPS)
- Excellent MS excel, Smartsheet and presentation skills.
- Agribusiness experience: knowledge of agricultural market space
Critical experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a marketing / sales role
- Effective planning and Project management experience
