Product Manager (Raspberry & Blackberry)

The goal is to have a product manager to support the person responsible for launching new varieties in the raspberry and blackberry lines. **Individual Accountabilities** **-EMEA Rubus Crop Team Coordination** -Market Knowledge: -Attributes sought in the market and segmentation. -Main varieties and sales formats. -Maximum economic potential of the market. Maximum potential of Planasa. -Main competitors: strategy (club, license), strengths of their breeding programs, main varieties, selling prices. -Obtaining and ratifying data, results and information for each product or variety internally. -Annual and seasonal data for each variety. -Data and results comparation and analysis. -Generation of reports and slides of the Crop Teams. **Product Assurance:** -5-year production timeline monitoring. -Importance of the product for operations and KPIs. -Assurance of the strategic plan for production (nursery capacities and other options). **Ensure the correct launch of products:** -Necessary technical material: creation and maintenance. -Generation and control of technical training to the commercial department and farmers at the right times and in the right way. **Desired Profile** -Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomic or related field. -Languages: Spanish, desirable. English, fluent. French, desirable. -2+ years experience. -Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers. -Ability to manage challenges. -Demonstrated skills negotiating. -Ensure sufficient collaboration with regional functions.
