Who are you?

-You are an authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional with a strong intercultural sensitivity.

-You have access to a large network of SMEs in Agadir.

-You have extensive senior level experience (15-20 years) in public and private sector program management, preferably in development cooperation.

-You have in-depth knowledge of the social economic circumstances, language and culture of Morocco.

-You champion networking and have great acquisition skills.

-You have excellent command of the English language, as well as Arabic and French.

-You are comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

Being a Representative

As a vital member of the PUM team, the role of representative for Morocco is both dynamic and rewarding. You’re not just a representative, you’re an ambassador. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and facilitating impactful collaborations. Your role extends to client acquisition and network expansion, crucial for meeting the impact plan for your country.

What being a representative will look like?

You will be actively on the lookout for new projects, screening them, and supporting and assisting them. As our representative, you’re not just ensuring smooth project implementation, you’re:

-Partnering with entrepreneurs, propelling their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development in your region.

-Leaving a lasting impact on the community: socially, environmentally, and economically.

-Driving towards the impact plan for Agadir and Morocco at large.

Ins and outs of the representative role

As a PUM representative you will be freelancing for 1 to 2 days a week and receive an expense allowance of 100, - euro per month and a performance-based reward of 400,- euro per project that has been carried out (on-site or remote advice). We prefer individuals committed for up to 4 years. At PUM, we celebrate diversity and inclusion as essential pillars of our organization.
