Sales Representative - Food packaging
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves customers in Morocco by order management and meeting customer needs
- Developing new market segments by searching for new customers in Food and Non-Food sector (specifically Dairy, Ice Cream, Dessert, Fruits and Poultry)
- Create and enhance Customer portfolio in Morocco
- Follow the dynamics of the industry and do market search.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Sharing action plans for growing the Impact on sales activities.
- Forecast all sales volume for Morocco and maintain knowledge on all product range.
- Analyze all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio.
- Recognize the customer needs and requirements to respond to them with appropriate solutions
- Monitor weekly /monthly sales data & payment performance of customers and follow up & report to the management
Qualifications:
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other related fields
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development preferably in food packaging sector
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High strategic thinking and ability to transform strategy into targeted actions
- Excellent planning and organizational skills,
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Highly motivated, results oriented, creative, driven.
- Ability to identify processes needing improvement and to recommend improvements.
