Syngenta Group is also committed to maintaining a workplace environment free from discrimination and harassment. **Job Description** Seed Production Technician assists the primary cropping leader tasks supporting planning, monitoring field operations, Nutrition practices, diseases monitoring & spraying programs, Greenhouse & infrastructure maintenance and climate driving and control inside greenhouses. **Reports to the Cropping leader** -Support on usage of, treatments against infestations, irrigation & Nutrition practices, Nursery and plant raising, maintenance and climate control for greenhouse. -Understand the seed production cropping dynamics and coordinating operations with cropping team -Keeping on track field operation data digitally -Follow on field the planning parameters to set the right ground and measure damage -Provide crop/variety specific knowledge as required and adapt growing practices to hybrid needs. -Own, define, and communicate performance against agreed KPI’s. -Implement and follow field trials. -Record and analyze trials, spraying, nutrition, irrigation and climate data -Set preventive and corrective actions to allow that all security standards are respected on field -Develop continuous improvement for all growing practices by being aware and a part of agronomic innovations and cropping project **Qualifications** -Technician specializing in agriculture -Functional knowledge of Veg field production. -Computer literate. -Strong communication and collaboration skills. -Flexible team worker -Organizational and observation skills -Rigor in the application of work instructions -Good level in English. -Develops plans that balance long term goals with immediate needs -Focused and self-disciplined -Skillfully plans, organizes and monitors performance to meet deadlines -Readily understands complex issues and develops solutions that effectively address underlying problems. **Additional Information** -Result oriented and customer focused. -Cross cultural awareness -Strong drive to successfully complete projects -Achieve goals and inspire commitment -Establish excellent working relationships and ensure proactive communication with key players -Achieve a good plant quality Pour postuler, merci de suivre ce lien [**ce lien Linkedin**](https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/3763194723/?alternateChannel=search&refId=z15l0XciUbtVU%2Fbj0h6P9g%3D%3D&trackingId=6xtrRZ1%2BTXqZ8VWdKNIulA%3D%3D)
